Shipping and Delivery Policy
Mini Me Cars and Toys deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, freight companies or couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days in non-peak periods. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia
Australia Post eParcel service delivers Australia wide and requires a signature for delivery. Deliveries in Australia are to be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes where possible. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or other depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed. If instructed by purchaser to leave parcel at property Mini Me cars and Toys will not be held responsible once delivered. To ensure we can dispatch promptly, if an item is unavailable we will endeavor to contact you for further instructions.
In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
Some larger items may be sent in the original carton that may picture or describe the item enclosed. Please be mindful of this if delivery is to be received by someone other than yourself.
We can offer Express Post as a shipping option. This is not an overnight service. Please be aware that Express Post is still subject to our 2-3 Business Day dispatch time. However, we do treat Express as priority and aim to have your parcel dispatched earlier if possible.

Change of Mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Mini Me cars and Toys will offer you an exchange or credit provided that:
You contact us first informing us of your decision.
The purchase was made within 30 days
You produce your copy of the tax invoice provided from our website at the time of your original purchase.
The item is in resalable condition.
It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
The cost of shipping is not included as part of the credit value.
Mini Me Cars and Toys will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
The product is not fit for its stated purpose; or
The product does not match the sample or our description; and
You can present your Tax Invoice provided from our website at time of purchase.
Mini Me Cars and Toys may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
Min Me Cars and Toys reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure. You are entitled to have the goods repaired if the item is determined to have a minor failure.
Mini Me Cars and Toys will only cover the cost of shipping if the item is found to be faulty.
